Found this interesting quote on Tech News World story on "Where Have All the Avatars Gone":

It's an interesting piece about how many businesses are using virtual worlds for various applications, but many are not visible because they use it for private meetings, corporate training, inter-office collaboration and other non-public uses. If this is the case, I wonder how education and nonprofits can benefit from these new practices?
