Paulette Robinson sends out the news that registration is now open for the 2011 Federal Consortium for Virtual Worlds annual conference. The conference will be held from May 12-13 at the National Defense University (NDU), in Washington DC, plus a full day of workshops on May 11.
Speakers this year include:
- MK Haley, Faculty and Associate Executive Producer at the Entertainment Technology Center, Carnegie Mellon University;
- Frank DiGiovanni, Director, Training Readiness and Strategy, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Readiness);
- Chris Dede, Timothy E. Wirth Professor in Learning Technologies, Technology, Innovation, and Education Program, Harvard University;
- David Smith, Chief Innovation Officer, Lockheed Martin.
